I am in love with this LOVE marquee! The bride and groom DIY’ed their entire wedding, so it’s no surprise that they made their own marquee sign. See their tutorial (and adorable commentary) on the post Makin’ Loooooove… {DIY Marquee Letters}. View all the other DIY wedding fun here.

This lovely MR&MRS marquee sign was set up at the reception to spruce up the DJ booth. No other lights needed to light up the dance floor! See this Boho Garden Wedding here.

Impress your guests with a BAR sign like this! If you don’t want a sign that takes up a whole wall, you can always make it smaller. These would look cute small enough to sit on the bar! Keep in mind that you can always re-use your marquee letters in your home, so style them to complement both spaces.

This fantastic AMOUR sign is DIY and completely made out of paper! The letters are made with paper mache letters (premade at craft stores), spray painted, lined with scrapbook paper or other paper, and lit with globe string lights. You can DIY this Anthropologie inspired sign for so much less than you could buy it in a store! Read how to make the letters here and how to put lights in the letters here.

This EATS marquee sign was one of three reception signs. EATS was placed over the food, TREATS over deserts, and DRINKS over the bar! What a great way to light up the night. Paper balls also add a pop of color right above each table. Here’s another view:

Barns and marquee signs must have been made for each other because they look so perfect together! The bride of this wedding wanted a big focal point at the back of the barn and found the solution with DIY initial marquee letters. View this rustic wedding (overlooking the ocean!) here.

Whether you want to incorporate marquee signs for their style or lighting, these letters will add that perfect touch to your wedding. Making the letters yourself will not only save you some serious cash, but you’ll also be able to customize them with your own materials, fonts, colors, and lights. However you do it, I’m sure you’ll absolutely love the results!
